I designed an uppercase English typeface by exploring various formal elements found in books.
Drawing from English books I have read since childhood, I photographed them from different angles and composed a photo-based version of the typeface.
I then developed a second, simplified version that prioritizes clarity and readability by refining and reducing the visual elements.
